Initial Children’s Consultation and Treatment
These sessions usually last 60 minutes to provide comprehensive care for little humans. To ensure the session is calm and un rushed, please advise at the time of booking that the appointment is for a child and I’ll send you all the intake forms ahead of time so I can have an understanding of your child’s health journey. Then when you come in I might ask a few clarifying questions and you can proceed straight into the treatment. From experience, I’ve found this approach to be better for the child and better for you.

Children’s Follow-up Consultation
Generally 30-40 minutes in duration. Following on from your previous consultation, we will explore what has worked for you and what may still require further treatment and assistance. The same treatment tools are offered, but there’s just less chat time as we would have covered most of your background health information in your initial session.

Late Cancellation or No Show Fee
As I am most often booked ahead of time, and have patients on a waiting list for appointments, I appreciate as much notice as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. This allows me to allocate the appointment to another patient.
A cancellation fee applies (50% of service cost) where less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or if you miss your appointment. Note, this fee does not apply for genuine emergencies.
