About Me

I am now the proud owner and director of the Element Health clinic. I have over 15 years of clinical experience in Children and adult health. My specialised clinical focus is on children’s health.

I still remember my first encounter with Traditional Chinese Medicine at an old, authentic Traditional Chinese medicine clinic that had rows upon rows of raw herbs all the way up to the ceiling. The unique earthy and sweet smell of Chinese herbs filling the house of fragrance, and this is something I’ll never forget. Little did I know then that Chinese Medicine would not only put me back on the road to good health, but that it would become my passion and life pursuit…

I was first introduced to Chinese Medicine at a young age to help me overcome glandular fever and exercised-induced Chronic fatigue. By the age of 15, from what seemed like a miraculous result I knew Traditional Chinese Medicine was for me. My drive and thirst for knowledge in this ancient medicine comes from a desire to understand how the body works and what it needs to be in optimal health.

I draw on over 15 years of clinical experience from Melbourne and Perth, in addition to running my own practice in Bunbury, Perth and Denmark. In addition to my Bachelor degree, I have completed many intensive paediatric courses all over the world. My passion in Children’s Health continues to deepen with each year of practice.

I am enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated in the areas of health, personal growth, nature and connection. I empower families to implement health and lifestyle changes as a means of achieving a healthier well-being and my simple philosophy is grounded in promoting a life of health and balance. I utilise many treatment tools and will help you to find the answers your looking for, while fostering change, education and positivity.

As a dedicated wife and mother of two beautiful girls, I implement all that I teach to our own lives and hope to join you in the journey of a full, happy and healthy and life.

Lastly, formalities – I hold a Bachelor Degree of Chinese Medicine in both Acupuncture & Chinese Herbs from Victoria University (Melbourne). I’m a Registered Member of AHPRA, the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia in Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. And I’m a Professional Member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).
